Thread: Defener tdi dash hole

Hi All,
I tried this on the general chat and was given limited guidance , so Ill try here. I have a 1996 Fender 130 TDI D/C and was wondering what the hole on the left of the cigarette lighter is for? on the removable plastic panel. There are also a few wires with plugs on them directly behind the hole, does anyone know what they are for?
