Thread: help with panels

hi all i hope someone can help i am on the sunshine coast in qld. and cant find a panel beater that will cut out the rust in my1998 110defender doors they have gone where the drain holes are.dont want to put on new ones over $1000 each only had the 110 a couple of months previos owner rust proofed the chasise but left the rest allso does any one know. there is a panel on the pasenger floor directly under the air con fan is this a replaceable piece or part of the bulkhead .allso does any one know what it is worth to replace the bulkhead or how hard it is to do myself thanks david.
