SEZ 01 - Zu Rim to fit Defender 130 with 5x165.1 PCD £99.00 + Vat Per Rim
I have these available and in stock ready to be dispatched to you. they are available in different colours,
So just over $200, can someone tell me what Vat is? Obviously transport here to oz perhaps?
I did wonder if VAT was applicable to exports here after I posted!
Another thing you might have to mindful of though - if the total value of the goods exceeds AU$1000 (which @ ~$200 per rim x ?5 you might depending on exact exchange rate) you are then required to pay import duty and taxes to the Australian Customs Service so that may also need to factored in as well!
Jeez they get you every way you turn huh! Just a thought anyway. Anyone got any idea how much freight would cost?
Bump.
In case anyone has more comments re my original question.
Awest - did you end up getting the Zu rims ?
This has been a topic which seems to have no end....
I have a 130 and about to put alloy wheels on it, I have contacted my insurance company and they dont have a problem and have never heard of a problem.
all I have to say is ask your insurance company the question before lashing out on huge dollars on after market wheels......

Have been informed the factory alloys for the defenders are the same. when you purchase a new 130 you get the options of alloys and theres no difference between 130's & 110 rims, and its been like this for some time.Quote:
