    Thanks

Many thanks to you all - seems to me that overhead might be an option (will remove headlining to check as I dont have a sunroof) or the cubby box option - I'll post photo when its done next week.

I have a GME detachable face UHF radio. I mounted the main radio under the centre console. The face is mounted underneath the radio. Works well for me, and I had to put a speaker on the dash so I could hear it.

    Cheers,
    Ken

    Mount on the console

I mounted my cb on the front of my console on the slope didn't drill no holes just put a bit of Sikaflex on the bottom of the cb so if you want to move it there are no holes there, it is easy to see and use and the mike can be mounted close to it and you don't have far to wire it up, mine has been this way for 1year now and it works very well for me and hasn't moved as Sikaflex works very good, I also have a speacker close by and have no worries about hearing it, hope this helps...Ashley
