Came across this CC kit while browsing the InterWeb, but no details on how it works or how easy it is to install:

Landrover Tuning :: Cruse Control Td4 from MY07 - Interior Defender - Defender

IMHO, that looks too busy with 3 sticks on the same side!
And looks like it sticks out a fair way too.

The one I have fitted (Autron Auscruise) looks fairly stock, is easy to use, and more importantly......works great!

Well, I'm sure you could fit it on the other side of the steering column

speaking of comfy, anyone else notice that the Puma tends to lull you to sleep when cruising at 110-120kmh?

With the Td5, the faster you went, the more 'clatter' you got from the engine bay, keeping you awake. Idling along in 1st Low, you could fall asleep though.

I find the reverse holds for the Puma. It clatters while idling along, but the engine noise pitch smoothes out to a 'creamy' drone which tends to put me to sleep
