You can replace the swivel oil with one shot grease, but it isn't the best.
The best thing to do is replace the leaking seals and refill with 80/w90 gear oil.
Hi there, I have a 1995 Defender 130 and have been searching to find out if I can replace the oil in the swivel hubs with the 'one shot' grease. Currently have a little weep/leak from hubs. Does anything else need to be done or just get the grease in there after draining.
Not sure what is best

Also worth noting that leaking swivels are often the symptom free play on the swivel bearings, and may be fixed by adjusting the preload.
