LOL Vaseline, fill you locks with that. but that will not help much when the door rubbers are frozen to the car and you cant open the door anyway. worse at about -25 the door handle will just come off in your handr. OH and doint forget to run the aircon to dry out the inside before parking up. any moisture in the seat foam will freeze, next morning you jump in and CRACK one busted seat.
all fun, enjoyed it so much we moved to aussie LOL
Having spent 47 years in the uk I have to agree that the weather isn't always pleasant :D
I used to slate roofs, and sweeping snow off a roof before you could start work is no fun believe me. It's no fun either being so cold that you don't know you've cut the end of your thumb off, but that's another story.........;)
Back to the Landrovers, I think the white and black model looks pretty good. I'm not so keen on the 90 though.
I was filling the County the other day and another County pulled up behind me, it was in mint condition too. The owner got chatting as you do :D, turned out to be an Isuzu model which he'd purchased new, "327,000 kilometres, never broke down, been here, there, everywhere etc,"
Then he said he'd been to test the SVX,decided it wasn't a patch on his County and decided he'd keep his beloved pride and joy.
I did ask for first refusal ...................

Since 1948, Land Rover’s signature Defender has been providing much needed support and utility for adventurous souls. While many off-roading vehicles such as Mercedes’ G-Wagon and Hummer H2 had upgraded with luxury materials and accessories, Land Rover remained loyal to its simplicity until now.
The new “Fire and Ice” edition of Land Rover Defenders cater to Defender fans who have grown up and are looking for something finer and upscale. These new Land Rovers are packed with Recaro buckets, Alcantara Trim, diamond turned alloys, color-coded head and tail lights, glass sunroof panels and more. Like its name, the Fire Edition comes in a special Vesuvius Orange while the Ice Edition comes in Alaskan White. Sadly for Land Rover Defender fanatics, the “Fire and Ice” Defender” only come in a limited quantity of 850 and will only be available in Europe, China and South Africa.
Some Land Rover Defender Wallpaper Fire and Ice :D

That's the third thread on this topic! :D
I've merged them.
Oh those headlight surrounds.
I'd hate to have to check the tacho by leaning out over the grille.
Surely they were supposed to be inside the car.
