    Imaculate 130, $10K. Good deal?

I've stumbled upon a '98 130 crew Cab ute, 200,000 km, spent 90% of its life up and down the highway and is in excellent condition. Asking price, $10,000. I figure this is a pretty reasonable price, but perhaps there is a scheduled maintenance surprise at this age. Any advice?

Has anyone tried / seen this...? I think I have access to a 110 LWB Hard Top body through a mate, and was wondering about grafting it onto the 130 D/Cab to make a huge wagon. (Why, you may ask... the idea would be to replace the back seat with two singles, and have another two singles centrally mounted as the third row and still have 2-3 feet of storage at the rear). I know it wont fit neatly, the hard top is longer than the chassis available on the 130. I assume it would go on to the chassis well but need a lot of work matching it up to the Crew Cab.

Is this stretching the concept of a Land Rover being a big boys mechano set?
