    Roof Light Wiring

    Gday

Just wondering how people have run the wiring for their roof spotlights and work lights

I was planning on running them up the inside of my snorkel. But I'm not to keen on putting a hole in the bottom of the snorkel, in case it leaks

    Keen to hear your thoughts

    Thanks

For those interested and those who can make out the info from the crappy phone pics (I need a camera)

Here's what I did in the end

Ground the lip off the bottom hose and squeezed the wires between the two and filled it with silicone

At the top I just drilled a hole and put a rubber grommet in

The light bar and lights will be ready on Wednesday, so hopefully it should all be together by the weekend

Thanks Jock, I've been thinking of the same problem myself. What lights are you running on the roof?

    No worries

    4 of these

Just one thing; if you do end up putting them in the bottom hose where I did. Make sure to put some tape over the edge of the solid hose. It has a metal insert that could rub through the wiring if you don't

    You'll see what I mean

What other options are there for running the wiring for roof lights ?
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
