    Defender Flexi Flares

Well last weekend was the time to fit my flatdog flexi flares
    Before

Tyres are 33"x12.5"/15" on +25mm offset rims

    After

No more mud up the the side of the car or all over the windows , Now just to make some mud flaps up for the front so i dont get 2 foot of mud on on the side steps

Looks awesome Did you put the rubber stip just along the top or all the way around the flares?

Right around the whole Flare except for the bit at the bottom front and back that curls back inside its self

Good job mate. They look great. I can see a battery drill in one of the photos, did you need a grinder to trim?

    disco flares

Has anyone hung their flatdog flares on a disco 5-door yet? I'm interrested in knowing what was the go and how long it took?

I remember hearing once about cuting LR aluminium with a certain type of cutting wheel and impregnating the panel with grit that will cause rust.

Love some pics of a disco with these new flares...Somebody?

Yes the drill was for fitting only , no trimming of the guards needed at all

They look the goods. We lost one of our OE flares the other day. How embarassment......it was on the bitumen too.
