Having just driven 25,000km around the country in my '99 TD5 (chipped and gassed) the one criticism of the old girl was fuel economy. Kept a pretty close eye on it and noticed how important it is to keep the revs down when cruising a brick
Averaged 11.4 litres/100kms sitting at around the 100km mark and i'd like to either be able to go a little bit quicker for the same juice ...or get a little more economy for the same speed![]()
