265 75 16's have a rolling diamater of about 31.7"
Miles smaller than a 255 85 16 which is 33.1"
(285 75 16 have a rolling dia of about 32.8)
IMO the gearing will be absoloutely fine. The speedo will be almost dead on and the gearing increase in 1st low wont be that noticeable
My boo boo pushed wrong numbers, to early in the morning, to much wine last night

You'll be almost spot on with your speedo if you run these...
You'll hardly notice it, and towing will be fine, I ran this size and towed 2+ tonne a lot :cool:
