    Yes there is and they have signed off on it.

    if they didn't go green, and maintained the staus quo with non green power generation, what would have the increase in prices have been by way of comparions to what they turned out to be.
    Origin just sent me a letter that my electricity prices were going DOWN. I almost fell off my chair.
    No green or anything, so for non green power it looks like down is the trend.
