Interesting. That the wave pushes air to spin the turbine
and creates a vacuum, when the wave pases, still spinning the turbine
in the same direction till the next wave starts the cycle again.

SubscriberHi groucho, Im a "local" who works in visual distance off the generator and heard a rumor that they where going to hook it up to the grid but that has now fallen through. Do you know anymore?

SubscriberHi Frantic. I would say that is true. I go past it every day and there is all the cable work there. They even had a diesel generstor powering the thing for some reason. I only got the info from the fellows who run it, as i stopped to ask. I think they had trouble getting acsess through PKCT property to run the cable to the sub station or something like that. I don't think it will be
ever be hooked up to the grid. Good in theory though. Could be wrong though.......
