Be careful if adding more panels for charging the batteries. I learned the hard way you can quickly kill your batteries with too much power. I have 16 6v 125ah batteries charging off a 240v panel and except for the cloudiest of days this will deliver a full charge in the space of a day. For 2 100ah batteries the 80 watt panel should be plenty. I used to have 1600 watts worth of panels charging 24 batteries and nearly lost 7 of them. Also if you use a pure sine wave inverter you will get far lower power consumption. I got 2 1000 watt pure sine wave inverters off ebay for $250.00 each. The difference in power consumption is enormous.
