$65 - 70K for a base V8 isn't terrific value for money. To me a 6.2l SS Commodore for about $55k is a better car and much better value for money.

2012 Chevrolet Camaro for sale in Kalgoorlie - Golden City Holden

Could have sworn the one I saw the other day had white stripes. :D
There's been one on display there for quite a while now, so maybe they've had more than one - and I don't look in there very often.
At least, being a Camaro, you are guaranteed it will be a V8 and have a bit of grunt behind it (at least I think they are all still V8's). I have a quiet little chuckle whenever I see one of the new Mustangs these days - is it really a descendant of the old V8 known for muscle car performance - or is it an "Ecotec" four cylinder pretender ........................... :Rolling::Rolling::Rolling::Rolling:
Much as I might like the look of the new Mustang, I seriously couldn't buy one while they have a choice of a V8 or a little 4 pot screamer in the same body. ;)
Why would anyone buy a "4 Cyl. Mustang"?......Beats me.
However, the 5L V8 is a seriously good engine,....outputs of 800HP are easily achieveable, whilst the car could still be driven by a "little old lady to church on Sunday".....the wonders of modern S.C. & associated electronics.
