Anyone know how much a drop-side tray would cost for a dual-cab Defender?

Thinking about buying one to put a slide-on camper on, and trying to scope out costs.

Ring Brad at East Coast Commercials Acacia Ridge. Unsure what he may have left as I got mine a few weeks ago from there. Will have to get over there to pick up once work slows down.

Hi,
Not sure of Qld regulations, but I doubt you can legally extend the tray more than 60% of the length of the wheel base, past the rear axle.
That may make it a bit short for a camper on a dual cab 110 unless you are putting the bed up over the vehicle roof.
cheers

Check out the wreckers for 2nd hand one- my triple m aluminium tray just bolts together -so you can easily modify size to suit or replace damaged sections. Not as strong as a steel one thou but I often carry tonne + loads(light wieght tray an advantage for GVM)
Head boards a bit weak.
