I'm going to replace the oil in my gear box and transfer box. The book says I should replace the washers on the drain plugs.
Where do I get the washers? Repco, Bursons, Land Rover parts supplier?

Any of them but for Repco ect. you proberly need the plug;)
I've found that unless they are really damaged you don't need to change the washer.

I've found that most of the bearing and seal suppliers sell "grab-it" kits for multiple application and sizes eg -
Washers - steel, copper, alloy, d-clips, circlips, o-rings, split pins, nuts, bolts, nylocks the list goes on and on!
They are made by 'Champion' and are named 'Champion Assortments' and come in orange boxes and offer you a wide selection within the 1 kit. You'll will find them essential when working on your equipment and wonder how you managed without them....cheap too! :)

I think for gearbox and transfercase plugs, you will probably need to go to a supplier of Land Rover parts, Repco and others don't normaly stock copper washers that big.
Cheers, Mick.
