Can anyone confirm what the thread is for Isuzu LT95 bellhousing to engine adaptor bolts.
10mm x1.5 is the only size that I have that threads in nicely, but even that feels just a fraction loose.
While I'm asking - are they fitted with spring washers, or just plain ones and maybe a bit of thread lock.

Steve, 10 X 40mm medium grade bolts with spring washers is all I can find in my manuals. They fit through the flywheel housing and thread into the alloy clutch bellhousing. I have done a few of these over the years and have never used loctite and have none come loose. Sorry I cant help with the pitch size but if they screw into the alloy housing ok that would be it as its quite a deep thread.

Thanks Brian - exactly what I was after.
Which manual shows these sort of things best? I've got the Isuzu engine manual, the 110 manual, but nothing Isuzu-110 specific.

An army 110 RPS (repair parts scale) is what you need. Covers part numbers for the perentie, there are several variants but the mechanicals are basically all identical.
