A quick update to the post.

On the EGR gauge the screen reading is in percent. 0.0% means the EGR is fully closed. 100% means EGR is fully open and should only show 100% when accelerating and at engine shut down to show the self clean cycle.

Fuel rail pressure gauge reads MPa, The Puma Duratorq engines fuel pressure is a maximum of 1600 BAR which is 23,206 PSI. Also the readings are Historic (milliseconds) and do not refresh quickly enough to give a 100% pressure reading at any one point in time and so should be used as an approximation of Fuel rail pressure.

Thanks heaps for those codes, they work a treat. Is it possible to make the CHT read Celsius rather than Fahrenheit?

Thanks

Hi Craig,

not sure as I haven't tried.

Also please note that after some testing of the EGR gauge using the scangauge, nanocom evo and the MSV that the 100% reading on acceleration is not accurate. The EGR will close completely at full pedal to the floor acceleration and the xgauge shows this as being open 100% which is false as it should show 0%. Also on normal acceleration the gauge shows 100% which again is not correct as the msv shows up to 90% through the TPS with gradual acceleration. I will have a play about with the sensor addresses to see if this can be resolved. But on a positive note all the readings not showing 100% are accurate.
