Hi all. Have a 2007 FL2 with 2 factory fitted trailer outlets on the back.
Firstly I was wondering why 2? One is white.
Am having trouble though with the output. Getting a constant blinker signal on one terminal irrespective of left or right signal given? I checked fuses and the plug on my trailer is definitely right. Any ideas?

Does your trailer have LED lights?

The white one is for UK only I was told. Sorry, can't help with the blinker problem.

Hi Sanark and welcome to the forum.
This a thread on trailer sockets on the Freelander 2 - as you have a completely different topic on a different car you should really start you own dedicated thread in the Freelander section - http://www.aulro.com/afvb/freelander/
See the new thread button near the top on the left.
However,
For the Freelander 1 I would use your rear tow bar with a recovery hitch in the receiver.
Front recovery hooks are more problematic - basically on a standard vehicle it is not really possible to put any on - yes could be done with lots of work but there is no where strong enough to bolt them to. There is the standard tow hook that could be used for an easy tow recovery but definitely not for snatch or other heavy load recoveries.
