I've checked the dreaded www etc, but nowhere have I come across any locking systems to stop our lighter finger bretheren from removing CB etc antennas/aerials from bull bars or other external mounting points. I must be using the wrong search words?

One of these might do the trick. ;)
Just needs the antenna cable to be disconnected from your radio...

Try some thread locker (i.e. loctite)
OR
I believe Mobile One Communications sell antennas / mounts with a anti theft screw thingy.
Good luck

'Tis a bit hard to lock down the average UHF CB antenna but for HF, scroll down on this page: HF Radio Antennas & Accessories (http://www.lakecomm.com.au/hfant&acc.html#mb)

Loctite isn't such a good idea as you reduce the contact between base and antenna.
Just take it off when not in use....
