If I was to buy a 2006 defender what should I do with the lockers from my 95 defender
Front
Am I right that my front locker will fit and I could swap centers.
Rear
The 95 has a sals in the rear and the 06 has a rover diff so I understand I can not swap these over. If I swap diffs than I lose ABS and TC so not worth it. So I guess best option is to sell the 95 with it fitted as I read finding an ABS sals is tough.
Or do I just let the 95 go with all the fruit I.e. both lockers?

im not 100% sure,, but if u swap the hubs over on the sale from the rover,, that is were the holes are for the sensor,,, and u will need the rover disc as the ring is behind the rotor,

my locker was 1100 from arb, for the rover diff;)

My 2004 TD5 Defender has got a '94 Salsbury with the standard 04 Traction Contol & discs fitted so can be done with existing parts. .
Im putting Detroit TrueTrac front & rear.
Truetrac & Traction Control compliment each other.
The 06 will have a p38 rear diff and a rover front diff, your front locker will fit if it has 24 spline side gears, I think they were 10 spline to '93.

Kelvin, did you fit the arb locker to the sals yourself? If so, how hard is it? special tools, etc?
cheers Gerald
