I have been looking for some flexi coils to go under the D2 however have had no luck finding anything listed.

I did however find these;

Range Rover 3" lift Flexy Coils x4, Suspension Stuff (http://www.suspensionstuff.com.au/shop/product_info.php?cPath=1980_27_93_116&products_id=91)

So my question is, would RRC coils work in a D2 and does anyone know what the difference between standard coil lengths would be, between the D2 and a RRC to confirm if they would be a 3" lift in the D2.

Curious about how you went? Looking at the same situation

I have fitted RRC "green" OEM rear springs to the front of my D2.

They give about 30MM lift to a TD5 D2 , vs about 50MM lift to a RRC V8, which is probably about what you would expect for the engine weight difference.

The D2 has a socket for the front spring at the bottom, so I cut a bit off the taper so that it would sit in the socket.

I spoke to Les Richmond's son about it and he said that they use RRC springs all the time on D2s.
The rears may be a bit different ,as D2 usually has much higher rated springs as no Hydromat, but I think the lift is similar. I have 50 MM Kings in mine.
