what a merry chase!

starts out as part number 213744

goes to ERC7987

then ERR1632

and ends up being current at ERR6490 it seems

same seal used on all four and eight cylinder engines...

cheap version is $3.00 dear version is $25+ it seems

any of you fine upstanding people know the dimensions / specs on the dear little thing ?

I think I've got a brand new spare in the garage you can have if you want it Inc. Or do you just want the measurements for reference?

and thought i would list it to save someone the same frustration if they were looking for the right seal..

seem the one on madge has collasped so was doing some research getting prepared to do the job.

next i have to find out if the front pulley etc is the same as the later variant....

Outside diameter 63mm
Inside diameter 49mm
Depth (outside edge) 9mm
Depth (inside edge) 10mm
