View Full Version : Audible low oil pressure alarm

I've fitted the TM2 combo so have low coolant and head temperature covered. Also checked oil pump bolt.

But I still read of lock tighted bolts coming loose.

So has anyone got a simple suggestion for installing a buzzer that will come on with the oil light?

Then if the bolt fell out and light came on and I was watching the road and didn't notice the buzzer would do the trick. I realise it would also buzz at start up before the engine starts, but this also confirms it working.

Any ideas welcomed

The TM2 already has this feature. Simply tap into the oil pressure switch. Instructions should be with the unit. Yes, the buzzer is a bit annoying when you just need ignition on.

The orange wire goes to the oil switch which then will give you a 10 second delay while you start it, as robbo said it will sound if you need ign on only
