Hey guys just wanting to hear from all you guys that have had the intercooler/ injector pump upgrade on 300tdi for a few years and any issues and you think it may have caused. just wondering what the longer term issues may be once you got the egt within the acceptable range. Thanks:D

I put an allisport uprated in about a year ago along with fuel pump tweek. Made a massive difference to the all round driveability, especially Off Road.
Only issues I have noticed is that after about 6 months the amount of smoke on start up/through the gears increased. Need to play with the smoke screw when I have time. Other than that.... All good.

Had the pump pushed to the max (have to back off so as not to exceed 720*C) for about seven years now, stock IC, big exhaust and car is always heavily loaded as it's used for work.
No issues to report yet.

OEM radiator? Or upgraded? What does your temp gauge hit?

Yep, OE rad and it gets too hot, has seen close to 110*C once or twice, hopefully a new rad with a Redback core for this summer.
Still original head gasket at 315,000km. (should be done as a precaution soon, too)
Bear in mind this is in a heavily loaded Deefer too.
