My Deefa seemed a bit down on power towards the end of a trip up north recently. Reading the AULRO site, I came across a post by a member explaining how to clean the MAP unit in a TD5 Deefa (thanks Josh).

Did mine today and it made an incredible difference. Much, much better pulling power. http://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/smilies/smile.gif
If you own a TD5 and haven't cleaned the MAP sensor, I can't recommend it highly enough. Only took ten minutes and a can of electrical cleaner.
It'll be part of my regular 20,000km service schedule from now on.
