Has any one fitted this kit was wondering about the height of the front shock towers ?

Are you talking about the "extreme long travel" kit? (+5", works out to be about a 12 inch shock).

If so, I extended my front towers 50mm, I also plan to fit bump stop spacers, that's on a classic Rangie, but stands for Defender too.

The only way to be sure is to get the relevant lengths with it sat on the bumpstops, get the closed lengths of the shocks, allow a bit for the amount the bump stops will compress under load and do some measuring.

I got away with running +35mm turrets on 12" 7100 Bilsteins with std bumpstops on a defender

show me 2 different branded shocks with the same compressed length and ill by you a beer :D

Pete, did you have it sat on the BS while cross articulated?

Terra firma make an 11 inch over length shock kit new mount etc

Already have this with dislocating cones front and rear just looking for more next step may have to be 3 link up front

Super-flex slotted bushes (mine are just drilled standard rubber bushes) and I can max out 12" shocks, the mirrors virtually rub the road on roundabouts!
