Hi all, had the battery disconnected after some work yesterday and power windows go auto down fine but no longer go auto up. Is there a way to reset so all windows go auto up and auto down??

Checked the manual and yep, power window reset is in there. All fixed :-)

Hi, sorry bring an old topic up but I can't seem to get it to work. Are there any special things you did such as engine off/on, ignition on/off, doors open or closed. They go down automatically when I unlock the car but won't go up.

Cheers
Adam

Just add to this, I'm talking about auto up when locking the car, they auto go down when I unlock but won't go up when I lock the car.

If it's the same as a D4, you close window fully, let go and then press and hold up again. You should hear a click and auto up/down will be operational. It is in the owners manual for the D4 so could be also for yours.

Ok I've tried every combination possible and still no luck. Just to be clear the Windows go up and down automatically when driving or the ignition is on, and when I unlock the car and hold the unlock button they all go down. The issue I have is the Windows will not close when I lock the car and hold the lock button. Any more ideas would be much appreciated.
I think I might try and disconnect the battery and start again.

Ok, that's different to the original poster so I misunderstood. Anyway, I think you're referring to Global Close on locking.
I have read that this is disabled for Australia. I would assume that would be true for all models. I think in some cars it can be enabled with the right diagnostic equipment.

Thanks mate. Yes I've tried everything and it won't work. May be it is disabled for Australia. Just seems strange as global opening works just not global close. Never mind.

Yeah it's not the one touch up function but rather the global close you're trying to fix? I thought the D4s had to be changed by the dealer to do that?

Was it working before?

Only just picked the car up 2 weeks ago and can't remember or recall it ever working. Might have to be a trip to the main stealer or a phone call. Just seems strange that the handbook says it's got it and the global unlock works. I'll report back when I find out what's going on. Thanks for everyone's in put.

If you have not "trained" the windows to have the one-touch close, they will not close automatically when holding the lock button on the remote ie Global Close.

It could be that the Global Close is not activated on your car in the CCF, what year is your FL2?

EDIT

You have a 2013MY I remember, there were some funny things with the 2013MY onward in regards to the Global Close, not activated from the factory as I recall.

Hi mate, did you happen to find out what was going on with the Auto-Up by any chance?
