I am still not convinced my system is working correctly. Some days I have solid lights, others only flashing, nothing consistent. Yesterday was getting audible alarms which would only go after turning on lpg off then back on.
I want to get a interface lead and software but cant identify what I have and need. In the attached photos can anyone identify what lead I need in the e-bay link. Also what is the hanging LED for?

Wayne, is there a fly lead anywhere linked to the gas ecu? Locating that may give a hint to the interface lead required, and maybe the rest of the bits as well. Have a look, too, at MSC Electronics in Ankara for a listing of interface cables. Reasonably quick delivery to Oz and not expensive.

Have finally found the data plug. Can anyone tell what lead I need. I understand this plug is common over many makes and its the wiring configuration thats different. If anyone can tell me of a well known brand that uses the same wiring config I can get one for that make.
Pin 1 = black
Pin 2 = Green
pin 3 = yellow
pin 4 = Red
I have found a picture of a unit that looks exactly the same as mine. The sticker on it says AFC G3 . Is that a make and model?

Mate
I solved my misfire issues by using Deoxit on all my connectors.
Given the intermittent nature of your issue, I think some contact cleaning is worth a shot!

G`day ,
think you`ll find AFC G3 denotes the software used .
You could try KME it is a brand that uses that software , don`t know what else uses it as well .

So things have progress a little. I have undone cleaned and refitted every connection I could find and low and behold things seem stable now.
It still takes about 10 minutes of driving in the morning before I get any lpg level lights up then about 30 seconds after all lights are stable and car runs fine with no drop outs back to petrol. If I leave the car for up to 3 hrs when I come back it takes about 30 seconds for all lights to stabilise a run on LPG.
I think my system is a KME Diago G3 going by their website and pictures so have downloaded their software and purchased a USB lead
I have plugged it in but after a few second I get a message on the software
" incorrect software" and the program shuts down completely. No sure where to go next. Either wrong software or wrong lead,

Which KME software?
I have a KME Akme system, the diagnostic lead, and the software.
This is the same as my lead:

Yours definitely looks like the G3 (below)

The lead I got was a cheapo from ebay, just usb. The software I got direct from the KME website. There a two versions for Diego G3, I tried both with similar results.
Cant get too much info from the web apart from others with exactly the same " incorrect software" message and shutdown.
How do the LPG garages connect, they must need software for every possible setup and leads to match
I tried the place that fitted the system in 2009 but the were not interested to check their records to advise what they fitted.
Someone said these can have random firmware flashed to them so it looks like I am stuffed.
Maybe there is a service the unit can be sent for a known firmware flash and software to tune?

Actually, my connect cable is like that above but USB, not RS232.
I loaded the software onto another laptop this arvo and checked my system but I can't see anywhere to read the firmware version.

So it looks like I am in a bit of a Catch 22 situation.
Seems like KME make the G3 but its then re branded with firmware that only responds to the branded software.
I have tried KME original from their website ( 2 versions )

AKME ( thanks Ron)
Anyone else got any software for G3 clones that I can try or is there a Trade Secret that someone can tell me.
My system was installed mid 2009.
Anyone got a G3 with software for sale.

I just had another look at your first post and saw that the first pic has a Fach SA (another Polish company) label.
FACH S.A. (http://www.fach.pl/)
I assume that label is on the injectors.

Wayne, the LPG compliance plate should show the name of the system installer. Have you tried contacting them?

The injectors are referred to in the instructions you sent me "Taurus" and also their website so I suppose they are part of the KME kit. I did try the installers but the reply was its to hard, I have only been here a year and it was in 1999.
In your instructions I have just noted the numbers on the units plugs relate to the firmware, i will try and decipher tomorrow

1999 doesn't sound right.
My KME is marked 2007 and that one of yours looks later than mine. Mine's not on the current site, only on the old KME site.
I just taken mine out of the car to get some pics.
Have a look on the side of the black socket on the unit. Mine has a date stamp 11/2007. You may not be able to see that 07 is moulded into the sockets, too (the circular clock-like embossing on the sockets).
The no. 67R-013787 on the plug is also on the label on the case. Ditto with the other number.

My mistake, 2009.
Numbers from my unit are
SZ7 EA8 000019
8-032 6411
07091024030c
CT7-E 8TR
00008 04/09
Only thing I can get from that is 04/09 manufacturing date
Screen shot of KME instructions on how to identify, makes no sense

Wayne, I was searching the 'net for info on the KME vacuum/pressure sensor (mine appears to be sensitive to movement) and found there is a Facebook page called KMEclub.
https://www.facebook.com/KMEClub
It might be worth your while asking there. It's in Thai but one can translate it.

Wayne, I've read but not confirmed that Elko aren't a lot of help.
Try emailing: ekspert@kme.eu for Tech Support.

I have e mailed both. Got a reply from KME, not good as all they said was use the latest software from their website which is what I tried 1st. At least they replied.
I have pretty much given up at the mo.

I got the version of the software from Sanderda, Thanks again.
I gave it a go today and unfortunately I am getting the same as the others.
The software starts, looks for the device, seems to connect ok for a few seconds then everything freezes and the same message incorrect software comes up, clicking on it causes the software to shut down.
I can see it has found stored error messages before the shutdown.
Very frustrating. I can only hope someone in WA has had a similar system fitted around 2010 and has the software, if thats you I would be grateful for a copy to try.

Downloaded the software from the link and slightly different but same result.
See screen-shot attached.
From the screen-shot, it looks like the ECU is a 30C which means that you should use a software version 3.0.1.x. I only have the KME version of it. I've sent you a link for DiegoG3+USBDriver-3.0.1.1-v3.0(+1.45)-setup.exe.

I got the other version of the software, tried it and as always I get the same message as before, incorrect software and it shuts down.
Thankfully all seems to be going well with the LPG apart from the prolonged change over times.
