Transfer Case Front Output Flange

G'Day All,

The transfer case front output flange on my 2004 TD5 110 is a D2 flange.

I want to change it back to the original Defender flange.

Can anyone tell me what the part number is ?

I think that the correct LT230 front output flange for your model is STC4370.

Have since found out that STC4370 is for Defenders 2007 on. STC4858 is the correct part for my 2004 Defender.

The part number the I quoted is the part number for TD5s and TDCIs.
The part number fits the 43D transfer case box "as fitted standard to TD5 and 2007 onward model TDCI Defenders".

I believe that the part number that you have quoted is for a 4 bolt differential flange, used when changing to 4 bolt flange on the diff, from a 3 bolt "discovery" flange.
