I am so excited this week I received my Consule for my 130 from Sydney and today I picked up my Sandtracks from Rovacraft rang put the order through and here in 2 weeks now that is service.
Now I am going to have a whing is that Aloud last month l emailed Maxtrax asking them a question after one week no reply so l sent them a another email still no reply, so I say you might think you have a good product but arrogance will always get you stuck MAXTRAX

I am a paying customer who just wanted 2 simple questions answered with no even a reply. So why do you bother advertising if you don't even answer your paying customers requests
I know people are going to say I am whinging yes maybe l am but l have an opinion and I wanted to purchase there product
Anyway once my vehicle is finished l will be posting some photos l can't WAIT

Many businesses don't handle email well.
Some ISPs automatically go to Junk so are missed.

Try a device called a Telephone :) they're still one of the best methods of communication :)

sadly there is no delivery guarantee for email even at a protocol level.

sure it works most of the time but to ensure it has been delivered to the other ends server you can request a server receipt and a read receipt if they do read it, in most popular email software for that very reason.

I have the same problem with SMS. Often an SMS from my wife (Vodafail) can take over a day to get to me (Telstra). I'm still waiting for some SMS sent over the Australia Day weekend to arrive from a friend on Optus.
