Hello, this is my first post.
I have been attempting to obtain a replacement series 80 thermostat housing and ordered one in cast iron from the series one shop.
Have not been able to obtain any reponse although my payment by PayPal was accepted.
Does anyone know what is happening with the series one shop?
I believe that someone in WA makes the housings in cast iron.
Does anyone know or have a contact?
Many thanks mark

I was wondering the same thing, have been trying to make contact via email and phone for over 4 months with no response at all. He used to get back to me within a few days. I thought I may have upset him somehow but have no clue as to why.Its good to hear Im not the only one.
I just want to buy parts.
Maybe there's been an illness or a long holiday?

seems talking to customers isnt a strong part of their support services
but the bits usually roll up eventually as ordered.
i bought one or two things from them over the years.

I must say I am a bit concerned.
The series one shop did accept my email order and payment of around $260 by PayPal about a month ago and I have not received any response to follow up emails and the fax number no longer appears connected.
There is no listed phone number.

Hi All,
I have just spoken to Alex from the series one shop. He has been ill but is on the mend now. He is currently contacting customers that have been trying to get hold of him.
I am not a personal associate just a customer who has bought a few things without drama over the last 12 months or more.

I have here a thermostat housing that is corroded.
It may be welded back but i have a doubt, is it supposed to have any hole on the surface that we see open ? There is a gasket around there, i believe it does not come from factory with any hole in there but i also cannot be sure if it was closed.
Please some help? Searched the web and cant find any picture of that side of the housing.
