I am trying to find out which parts to finish off the side screens:

which sort of rivets are used to attach the aluminium panel to the window frame ? is it these? (see photo) - I have looked through the workshop manual and parts catalogue and there does't seem to be anywhere that describes which sort of rivets are used where?

What parts are needed to fit the fixed and sliding windows? There seems to be some aluminium frames of various profile and a channel for the glass to slide in? Doe anyone have some photos that show this please?

I have one old fixed and one sliding window - I assume it is easiest to use these as a pattern and get new ones cut?

Thanks for your advice -

Dennis, Thanks - just did a count - 26 per door (that's a lot for a small non structural panel!) I'm new to riveting (and Series 1's for that matter!)- have been looking at the domed rivets and tools for those - how do you set these? I'm guessing I'll need more than 61 to allow for practice/errors but would buy them off you if you want to part with them?

Mike, I knocked up these 2 tools today, just using what surplus hex steel I had
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/imported/2016/09/868.jpg
one is the punch the other supports the head, this one supports the head of the rivet, secured in a vice
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/imported/2016/09/869.jpg
the longer one is the punch, it is used to peen over the shaft of the rivet

I used 1 (one) of the rivets so now there are 60, but I do have a few shorter ones spare, as you can see the home made tool works well, the head of the rivet
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/imported/2016/09/871.jpg
and the underside showing the shaft peened over

I hope that's some help to you, cheers Dennis
