I'm looking for a kit of trim fasteners for the D4 and I've had a search on this forum and eBay but it's all too confusing. Has anyone come across such a kit of all (most) of the fasteners, clips etc that are used on internal body panels and external pillar covers etc. I'm in need of the metal clip that holds the panel under the steering wheel and I have busted some of the fasteners for the trim near the rear tail gate while installing some light strips.

No kit that I'm aware of but here's a few of the key ones:
Panel under Steering Column - FYC500040 (can end up inside centre console but usually retrievable. Also used in other locations)
Door Sill Metal Clip - IPN500090 (usually can retrieve with magnet tool)
Rear Light Plastic Panel & B-pillar Lower Panel round plastic plug - EYC106710 (very common)
A-pillar kick plate round plastic plug - LR013135 (Also used in many locations)
Windscreen Side Trim Clips - LR026343 (kit that should only be bought genuine and always replaced if trim lifted)
Cheers,
Scott

I put together a little document of common trim clips (see attachment) that may be of some use to others. I keep some of them on hand at home because they are easy to break or lose.

I had a couple of FYC50004 that broke in half when I took out the headlight switch panel. Plus 2 others which are still orbiting the earth from another job. I went to Solitaire in mile End and they charged me for 1 and gave me 6! Seems the other 5 weren't on the computer, so they didn't have them in stock

UES (United Engineering Supplies) are specialist in body & trim small parts. Have branches in Sydney & Brisbane. Don't know about other places.
