Hi all, I'm, in Eden NSW. I have a nice p38 4.6 on gas. Trouble is I had the computer out from under the seat to get it reset and I think I might have dislodged the yellow SRS wire. It failed a rwc for the light being on, and a rear seat belt cover! (also a M/C but I've got that)
Is there anyone close to me with a rovercom/nanocom? that can zero the fault?
I'll put someone up for the weekend if they help me, I live in a great place and I'm not a nutter. You can look at my yt site for proof :)

I already tried to disconnect/reconnect it, but I'll have another go...

If its the same common SRS fault as the D2's ( and it probably is) you just need to unconnect-reconnect the yellow connector under the seat,,

anyway,, its worth a go,,

Come up to Sydney for the LR Expo this weekend, campsites available & there will be Nanocoms galore amongst the P38 crowd [bigsmile1].

Make sure you disconnect the battery first, then have a look under the drivers footwell panel, find the yellow wire, disconnect and re connect it a couple of times.
That clears the SRS fault for me. On post 99 models there is also a connector under the drivers seat.

Disconnect the battery and wait 20 minutes, as per RAVE :)
