lower control arm oil leak

So it appears my lower control arm bush on my d4(2013) has burst and lost the oil, how urgent should I consider this to be as the rubber looks alright and there is no knocking? will this affect my wheel alignment? I do plan on fixing it but just put off by the prices i'm seeing, around $600 for new arms plus I live in outback NSW. Are superpro bushes the way to go?

First off DO NOT get superpro poly bushes it's a very harsh ride, trust me I know because I have them in my D4 at the moment, I must admit though they have lasted longer than OEM, will it effect alignment, I'd say the longer you you leave it, yes, but you will need an alignment after fitting new arms or if you decide to go with having the bushes replaced anyway, which is a slightly cheaper option.

Get both sides done at the same time soon as you can, there are a couple of options, aftermarket, Genuine and OEM, Les Richmond in VIC have a heavy duty option available, schools out on whether they last longer

Earlier this year I put Advance factors LCA's from the UK into mine . I chose the version which have the RRS larger ball joint.

So far so good... but I haven't done a lot of Km's so time will tell. It certainly was a cost effective way of doing it and so far I'm not seeing a down side. They have a few options and seem to use quality parts.

I got the same LCA as the link above, to me there was absolutely no noticeable change to ride quality/harshness

Thanks guys, I reckon I'll order complete new arms for it. I managed to get her up on a hoist today and there is a slight amount of play (two parts of bugger all) so i'll limit the driving as the tyres on this girl ain't cheap. Thanks for your assistance and i'll let you know how it all goes
