the engine is a 3.9 in a disco, with serpentine belt 1995.
mine made some noise then threw the belt, luckily i was only puttering in the shopping centre car park near home.
i have got the bearing out but it has no numbers on it.

Take the bearing to a bearing place, they will measure and supply a replacement.

If you haven't already sussed it out, the idler pulley is a standard thing that can be found on LR, Ford and GMH vehicles. If the bearing on your failed one has removeable clips, they you can buy a 6203 bearing from CBC ( or any bearing shop) for $8, remove the clips, hammer the old one out, and using two big washers and a nut and bolt, press it in . ( I have previously recommended using the old bearing to drift-read hit with hammer- in, but using the washers keeps the side seals intact, so the bearing lasts longer). if you can't find a replacement complete pulley at LR - try GMH ( VR C'Dore and similar Falcon)
