I’ve had the bike for 14 years now. Purchased it new and slowly did modifications and evolutions over time.

This year I’ve decided I’m sick of Chrome so began the work of modifying it further.

This bike is tame compared to the 2020 Katana next to it.

Over time it gained:

Power Commander III and then upgraded to PC V
GI Pro Gear indicator with inbuilt ATRE
Speedohealer
Custom made intake pipes and filters - which then became Hypercharger Pro-S intakes

Exhausts have come and gone:
6” custom built pipes and Cannon (off then back on in Black ceramic)
Short dumps - had these custom made and ran for a while.

This set up idles at 94db and is tuned to lower the frequency towards the 20-80hz region. (It barks deep) [emoji48]

So a remote controlled LED accent light set up (Mk 1) was fitted - single colour

And then it was just ridden for a while.

For a while it sat in the shed whilst the plan was developed.

And then it started:

3” pullback risers
Custom cables and brake lines
Stripped out the Power Commander and other add-ons
*Fitted a Woolich Racing Loom and custom mapped the factory ecu

Problem was that wasn’t enough....

It's a bike, I love bikes, I don't care where they are made or what they replicate. I just want to ride them. Often I wouldn't buy the bikes I've ridden due to limitations that I percieve but that doesn't mean I think the owner should ride something else. We all ride what we have for our own reasons.
I've ridden Harleys and Japanese knock offs, sportbikes, racebikes, chinese pitbikes and just about every modern enduro bike, they are all fun (well maybe not the 1981 ported IT250 that tried to kill me).

You mean a real bike that actually goes, corners and stops? And is more reliable. (Note, I'm not a cruiser fan but this is far better than any Harley.)

The OW are a former military personnel club. I have far more respect for them than for you and your attempts to belittle my choice of ride.

Having participated on rides organised by 2 other well known clubs and lending their members my bike to ride I haven’t had any negative comments about it.

Yes it is different, no it’s not a HD, and that’s exactly why I chose it - it doesn’t look like any HD out there. And none of the current HD offerings can even match it for outright performance. [emoji41]

For the record - I like all bikes - I can appreciated a nice bike full stop. We each choose to ride what we enjoy. Hence the bike sitting next to it:

XJR1300s are a great bike. Buttery smooth, plenty of poke and great for a long run.

We had a couple on the Black Dog Ride the other week.
