Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew the specification on the O-Ring found on the vacuum hose oil supply line, on the head side. The crimping fitting has a threaded nut, but the hose fitting lip has an O-Ring. I have no found this O-Ring as a service parts and it seems like I would have to buy a new hose. I dont mind buying a hose but availability is difficult from UK on parts.
YKL100120- Vacuum pump - hose (Vacuum pump - hose - tube) - - Land Rover Defender 130 2.5 TD5 diesel 122 bhp 1998->2006 (http://www.euro4x4parts.com/parts/bph1008-605_vacuum_pump_hose_YKL100120.html)
Hose shown above. O-Ring you can see comes installed. The service manual says to discard this o-ring as well and mine is torn in two. I just dont know what to replace it with.
Thanks!
