MY17 TD6 SE with missing bits..

I've got a, you guessed it, TD6 SE but it has a couple of features missing that I expected to see ..
1. Sat Nav has no voice control
2. No DAB radio.

It has no badges at all but I'm 99.99% sure it's an SE. It has Electric seats and mirrors, DRL lights, Rain sense wipers, auto headlamps, twin glovebox etc etc, which when looking at the sales glossy are all SE features.

Is it possible that these two Incontrol Touch features are turned off somehow or there is an update I'm missing?
Or is this not an SE after all?

Any clues/advice appreciated.

I think you need the Meridian upgrade for DAB.

In the specifications, DAB was a $920 (2017 prices) option but does not appear to be tied to any particular sound system. I have a Meridian upgrade on my SE but no DAB. As for the SatNav voice control, it's not that good anyway so you won't miss much.

Found the 2018 specs as well, DAB was standard on HSE and HSE lux, an option on S and SE.

Not standard on my 2019 SE.

Indeed, it is standard from MY 2018 on a HSE or HSE Lux onwards. WhiteD3 has a MY18 HSE so his will have DAB, together with the Meridian sound system.

If you have InControl Touch (not the Touch Pro) then the head unit has been built without the DAB receiver in it. A factory DAB retrofit is possible but involves swapping the whole head unit over, as well as programming & adding the antenna.

The dealers won't be able to help you with that.

Thanks all .. I guess I put it down to the myriad of options/if's/but's and maybe's that is Land Rover.
