As the title suggests, does anyone have some rear work lights mounted on their disco?
I've got left over unused led lights from the old dual cab i want to put on the rear gutters just above the door.
I'm a little unsure how to get the wires into the cab though? This stuff was easy on a dual cab. Plus I'm stuck at work (thanks covid) so can't simply go out to the shed and look.
Any hot tips from anyone who has something similar? Ide like to avoid drilling holes in the roof but if thats the only way then so be it

Drill a small hole in the back corner below the gutter, drop down internally to lower grommet at tail light.
Will look tidy and neat.

Mine are mounted on the cargo rack and have the cable run down one leg, run along the gutter to the front driver side and under the a pillar cover into the engine bay where the relay is.

Initially I was going to do the same, In the ended I did this as I didnt want to drill the body. The cable runs under the door behind the tyre.

171985Hey that's a cool idea! Could almost squeeze a cable through the hole for the rear wiper fluid line.

Definitely some better ideas on how to run the cable than the way I did. But it was getting late by the time I got to do the wiring and I just wanted to job done. Ill sexy it up one day.

That is the same way mine was connected on my D1 - no drilling involved. Here is a pic with the bar swung out.
