is that the stainless steel type?
if so, some have used and they break very quickly at the collector.
.... avoid!

Stay away, only use allisport manifold or stock manifold

The only fabricated manifold that might hold up to use is the Dark Side Developments version, and I don't know if that'll fit a Disco?
It has a beautifully machined merge collector, so should perform really well.

sexy bit of kit , but needs to be used with the garret gtb/ gtd range of VGT, I see they sell a kit with a gtb 2260, which no doubt would be fine for fast road but personally think a better compromise for good torque lower in the range as well would be the 2056 with the right tune.
4LOKO is running the turbo technics VGT which wouldn't fit the darkside manifold without mods.
stock, modded and ceramic coated or allisport as mentioned is the go.

I figured let’s see if the rumours are true, it’s not great. How many days do you give it? :P

I am no welding expert but it seems like they have not fully penetrated/bonded in places where you can see a bit of a gap

Ha :(
I'll come clean, I clicked buy on ebay before I asked about it so I am just committing to it. I only thought about asking after. I was just in a hurry to get some thing with a up coming trip. Knowing that no one ever has any thing in WA.
I have been looking for a OEM one on Facebook/gumtree but not having any luck. If any one is perth based and has one they want to sell me let me know :) other wise I might have to put this POS on :P

Should be able to sell it to someone who wants it for bling rather than all out performance?
As a matter of interest what are they charging for one?

I'll have $20 on it not making Australia Day 2022! Mine did about 10000Kms before I changed out.
Had the original skimmed and drilled out the end holes and have done 20,000Kms since.
Put it on if you have to and keep looking for a good S/H. UK breakers are sometimes cheap, but freights a killer these days!

I wonder why they do not make a manifold out of boiler pipe?
It would be much stronger than stainless and not have such cracking problems.
I recall many years ago that my son bought one for his Cordia Turbo .
It was an abortion as far as access to the flange nuts to turbo , but it looked strong and probably would have lasted. I had to modify it to fit.
he sold the car soon after so I don't know what happened.
