Does Range Rover Sport pre 2012 have super extended mode like D3?

Yes, can, same car.

Trick it by raising car then put a jack or block under chassis rail. Try to lower the car and when it senses this obstruction it will automatically go to Extended height. Then and only then you ask for Emergency height by holding brake pedal down for 5s while simultaneously selecting up.

Emergency is about 70mm above Off-Road Height.

You can stay in these monster truck modes up to 8kph.

This and rock crawl will get you out of a bogged on sand scenario with minimal digging.
