Question: I'm after brackets that I can install through the grille of the L320 (2) to mount a light bar and or an antenna base. I have a quote from a mechanic but find that very difficult to accept without checking for alternatives.
Appreciate any feedback, thank you!

I just mounted my biig light bar in the bumper opening above number plate, you could use rivnuts but i just used some tek screws.
As for antenna I got this one LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 3 / 4 / RRS ORIGINAL DESIGN UHF / CB AERIAL ANTENNA BRACKET | eBay (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/165517936553?itmmeta=01J4XWPNZGS9YV8W59WMP9DHX3&hash=item2689a347a9:g:LMYAAOSwWBViZk-S&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA8D43kVCyQvMNun83QB1Aso1%2BbxI EQmfJbL2J0hM4%2Bs3zoVFClh4G82flXJF3F08gDTZQCWRUlfk 7KUlhJbPN6a9dHf7BGIxxAEDZig2AK7VUdn93uQmbWXjADWQHj B4kEOyLkk2jzdcK7bVH14WFnHOepzPhvgekG9a43KAM3XZSYva omW%2B4XZkkrtX%2FXLeLy2ZIteaKE8D9W0LK96d27FLV9d4D5 GeTEZsDoWTXwjwx9tAFlabXkGTxzHU3z5eBYlqw1bwWqfQz4Ri Is7tl50MDC479xfXOKdYXO%2BqOm3FoMlFEuiwUakNE6I7s3OT fwA%3D%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR_rf2rynZA)

Thank you Haydent. Much appreciated.
Re light-bar, great idea! Is there any bounce on uneven roads or is it rock solid? Did you use any rubber washers with the screws?
If you don't mind, would you share a photo of your installation?
Re antenna - yes, that is a good suggestion. From an aesthetics view I'm not too keen on the bonnet-side mount.
