Guys...
I'm wanting to remove my Injectors to have them tested and obviously while they're out I will be fitting new Copper Washers and all the necessary seals/gaskets. I've listed the LR Parts below and was wondering if anyone would have the equivalent FORD PART NUMBERS so I can compare the prices, etc
Plus, what website can I look on to search for FORD PARTS because the Ford Australia page is no good at all...
================================================== ================
LR012480 2x SEAL, ROCKER COVER, PUMA 2.4 $85.70 (LR)
LR019168 2x BOLT, INJECTORS, PUMA $26.78 (LR)
LR019663 4x SEAL, TAPPET COVER, INJECTOR, PUMA 2.4 $70.76 (CORTECO)
LR004440 1x Gasket - Rocker Cover - 2.4 Puma Diesel | Defender 2007-2012 $93.42 (LR)
LR004662 4x Seal - Lower - Fuel Injector - 2.4 Puma Diesel | Defender 2007-2012 $126.08 (LR)

thanks in advance

I found that when chasing kind of genuine, but not genuine parts, Autodoc is a helpful site to use.
See HERE (https://www.autodoc.co.uk/spares-search?keyword=LR004662) for the LR004662 part. It then gives you a few manufacturer option to browse through.
unfortunately tho, you can't buy from them(and they can be super cheap on some prices) .. they don't send to Aus(yep! ... I've tried)
Can be hit and miss, got to be careful about the part you're after and make sure it's the right part, but once you have the correct part, click the 'show OEM numbers' link.
Trying to get parts for Peugeot here can be hard, and once you have some cross referencing info, makes it a bit easier.

In general I only change out the injector seals.
Rarely the rubber seals / gaskets have issues.
I uploaded a video on changing the injector seals

Yes, I watched your recent video and it was perfect timing for me.... So, I decided to take the plunge and have a crack at removing my Injectors. When I removed the hold-down clamps - 3 of the 4 injectors I could easily turn but No.2 took a bit to get it to move and sure enough when I did remove No.2 injector u could see that it had been leaking. No.3 I reckon was on the verge of starting to leak as well. (photos attached) I will have the Injectors "cleaned/tested" to ensure that all is good before re-installing them...
Also I was given the following link: Diesel Injector fitting kit to suit Denso System 2.4L VM & 2.2L FWD Ford Transit Vans 2006-2011* - Ford Transit Parts (https://fordtransitparts.com.au/product/diesel-injector-fitting-kit-to-suit-early-vj-vh-90-115-120-125-hp-ford-transit-vans-copy/) (Diesel Injector fitting kit to suit Denso System 2.4L VM & 2.2L FWD Ford Transit Vans 2006-2011). It contains all the seals & bolts that I would need for a lot less if I was to buy LR brand.
@DazzaTD5 might be able to answer this: As u have mentioned - If just replacing the Injector seals, then there's no real reason to replace the little green O-rings on the Spill-pipes for each of the injectors then?
The Stretch bolts - you mention you can reuse them - I was wondering if these bolts screw into the head or do they go all the way into the block? Are the cylinder heads on these 2.4ltrs made of Ally? (I assume so)
Just for my own understanding - If these Cylinder heads are made from Cast Ally & the Stretch bolts only screw into the Head - then is there a risk of damaging the threads if these bolts are over tightened? I find it hard understand why they call these steel bolts > "stretch bolts" when they are screwed into a Cast-Ally Head (if that makes sense?) How much can they really stretch?
When putting it all back together and wanting to start the engine, is there a process to bleed the system between rail and injectors or is it just a matter of cranking the engine over until it starts?

I did my injector seals last weekend. not a difficult job and it seems to be going a little better, one injector was clean when I pulled it out, the others were coated in oil so I'm thinking that seal was leaking. I used a generic kit for a Transit and the supplied stretch bolts were too long so I got some correct ones from the dealer for about $12.00. Gave it an oil change with the correct Castrol non DPF oil (as opposed to whet the Castrol site recommends) I guess we'll see what happens. It's got 173K on it and was using about a litre every 1000Km. The only other advice is, don't forget to put the foam sound deadening that surrounds the injectors back when you are reassembling as the injector clamps and the injector lines need to come off to refit it.
