Water leaks in "98" 110 defender

I know this is a common problem with the defender. when it rains i get water running out from under the roof lining in both front door conners. i was thinking about replacing the safari window rubber... see if that fixes the problem? But i was wondering if people have ever had problems with the external roof joins? I so what did you do to seal it?

I have found a few leaks but I didn't know of the other ones, but it is a defender thats why they sink and not float :D...

Thanks guys... So just a normal silicone sealant on joins. What did you use on the rack in the gutters?
