I've got a red 120, naturally aspirated (for the moment) 4 speed from 1984. Planning to convert to dual cab styleside eventually.

I have been in a 75 cruiser all week :mad:and today got back in the 4BD1T 120 and was like going from a series LR to a Range Rover. The 4BD1 has so much more pull in hills than a 4.2 1HZ. The good ride of coils and not getting hung up off road.

I've got a white, late '85 N/A 120" in the back yard. I'm planning to 'extra-cab' it and wack a turbo on too. Also will build a custom tray.

You want to cart my mountain to your garden:p.
The 4BDI doesn't seem to notice the change in altitude with the Turbo fitted. I've still got to fuel it up yet:twisted:

Yes and Yes - planning to make it a styleside DC ute. I have a 2 seater 90 as well, and need at least one of them to be a 4+ seater.
I'll chop down a 2 door 110 tray if I can find one and shorten a 110 roof. If a series roof is the same width (which I think it is) & height (I'll have to check both), will get a Series ute rear partition / window and roof and join the back end of the ute roof to the 110 front for a "home made" 130 DC roof.
That's probably a year away - first order of business is fitting a turbo on it. Just got one in the mail earlier! :)
