Cheers, They were the colours that were in the sky. I under exposed the photo and had my polarizing filter on the front too to make it pop out more. Due to the storm rolling in i think that helped with the strange weather and colours.

Redbank Gorge during our recent trip. A change move through during the afternoon with a wind change and cloud rolled in. First cloud we had seen for a week. Following the sunset the cloud increased and we watched it passing an almost full moon. MY skills meant a decent shot of that wasn't possible.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in Iceland - so much variety in such a small area. I'd recommend doing the whole island though, not just the 'Golden Circle' close to Reykavik.
